Warmest wishes for their new adventures!

Bob Roberson At the end of August, we will say good-bye to Bob Roberson, our Director of Business Operations. Bob has accepted the position of Business Director at Emerson Waldorf School in Chapel Hill, NC for the fall. Bob has worked at the Waldorf School of Pittsburgh for over 10 years (and served on the Finance Committee for 22 years). He has been a tremendous asset to our school, and we thank him for his years of service and dedication to our school.

Penny Paich-Caraway Miss Penny, one of our Kindergarten teachers, has been teaching at WSP for 25 years. At the end of this school year, she will retire from teaching. Penny has always had an eye for making spaces beautiful and for making beautiful handcrafted items for her students. She is now ready to devote her time and energy to starting her own business, Cozy Gnome Craftworks. She will remain a part of our community, and we hope to see her from time to time as an external mentor for other teachers!
