Sixth Grade medieval monologues

Sixth grade students selected a medieval monologue from the book Good Masters! Sweet Ladies! by Laura Amy Schlitz.

Students adapted scripts, created set pieces, and collaborated with their fellow classmates. The work of these monologues required each student to channel their acting ability, imagination, and understanding of the project's overarching narrative. Through the block, students learned many collaborative methods to bring these dynamic stories to life. The final result was a fantastic performance at the end of last week for the 5th–8th Graders.
