Parent Offering: Resources to Support Mental Health During the COVID-19 Pandemic

We are twenty months into a life-changing, anxiety-inducing experience involving sickness, death, changing public health guidelines, and shifting workplace processes. It is okay to not yet be okay. The COVID-19 Pandemic is placing

long-term stress on our brains and bodies.


WSP Parent Association Representative to the Board and parent, Dawn Penney (B.C.-D.M.T., L.P.C., R.Y.T., Dance Movement Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor), has offered the following resources to help us and our children navigate the stress of the COVID-19 pandemic.
