Let me say a few things as a way of introducing myself. I was trained in Spring Valley, NY, where I was based for 4 years after graduation as a member of the Eurythmy Spring Valley Ensemble. I teach eurythmy blocks mainly because I am back and forth between US and the Czech Republic, my homeland. My daughter is in High School in Boulder, CO, that’s where I like to be most when on this continent.” —Helena
