Re-enrollment for 2024–25 coming December 4!
Believe it or not, it is almost time to think about next fall and the 2024–25 school year. Please review the information below as the process differs across programs and for those moving from Early Childhood to the Grades.
Returning Early Childhood and Rising First Grade Families
For returning Early Childhood and rising first grade families, re-enrollment runs from December 4–January 8. A link from TADS will be sent to your email. If you do not receive an email from TADS please contact Emily Bush, Interim Director of Admissions and Marketing, at ebush@waldorfpittsburgh.org. Please do not miss the deadline as we expect full classes next year and we want to ensure our returning students receive first priority.
A $200 non-refundable tuition deposit for the 2024–25 school year will be charged via TADS after applications are reviewed and students are accepted.* This deposit will ensure your student’s spot at WSP for the upcoming school year.
Do you have questions about which Early Childhood program is best for your child under 6 years old? If so, please attend one of our Early Childhood Information Sessions with Miss Jill Zihar, Early Childhood Faculty Chair. Ask questions and learn about options.
Session A, Thursday, December 14: 9:00–9:30am Library and Zoom
Session B, Thursday, January 4: 9:00–9:30am Library and Zoom
Grades 2–8 Families
Grades 2–8 families will be automatically re-enrolled. After January 8th, a $200 non-refundable tuition deposit for the 2024–25 school year will be charged via TADS per student. This deposit will ensure your student’s spot at WSP for the upcoming school year.
If you are not returning to WSP in 2024–25 please email Emily Bush, Interim Director of Admissions and Marketing, at ebush@waldorfpittsburgh.org to avoid being billed the $200 non-refundable deposit.
Siblings in Currently Enrolled Families
Now is the time to apply via TADS for siblings. Log on to your TADS account, add an applicant, and apply. Siblings receive a preference if you apply by the January 8 deadline.
*The tuition deposit does not apply to the Morning Garden Program. The Admissions Office is happy to connect in-house families with the right faculty or staff, if interested in more information about our Grades 1–8. Please contact admissions@waldorfpittsburgh.org. We also invite you to one of our upcoming Open Houses.
You might also consider taking a tour during the weekday when classes are in session or even sitting in on Morning Lesson. Tours are for adults only and can be scheduled with the Admissions Office as well.
