8th Grade Class Trip

From May 17–21, the 8th Grade class biked approximately 70 miles from the Waterfront to Ohiopyle. Camping in individual tents along the way, many adventures were experienced throughout the time together including raccoons ransacking the s'mores supplies, repairing tent holes with needle and thread, and completing a service project of trash pick-up along the Youghiogheny River.

Many thanks to their class teacher and outdoor enthusiast, Mr. Wagner, their PE teacher and camping expert, Ms. Illar, and the 8th grade parents for chaperoning and/or supporting this exciting and fulfilling 8th grade end-of-year experience.
