TADS Update

We are continually striving to create an inclusive community and are pleased to share some of the shifts we have made to do this.


Identifying race and gender can be empowering for all and acknowledges the experiences of those who do not hold power or feel validated in our society. We know that acknowledging racial and gender identity is a key step in dismantling racial and gender inequity.


Having reliable information about gender, racial and ethnic identities of the students in the school helps us:

  • better understand the population of the school

  • be responsive to the needs of students

  • secure resources to better support all the students in school

  • give authentic answers to prospective families who want to know about the level of racial and ethnic diversity within the school currently

  • helps us acknowledge gender in a more inclusive way

There are now more choices within TADS to support gender and race/ethnicity for the 2021–22 school year. There has been an added selection of non-binary under gender.


Will you please take the time to log into TADS and make sure your child(ren)’s information is up to date?


Here are steps to guide you through...

  1. Log into your TADS account

  2. On the main Home Screen click on the gray tab at the top of the page that says ENROLLMENT

  3. Click on the Enrollment number for each child

  4. Choose “Click here to edit student's enrollment information”

  5. The first page you will see will display the student name at top, scroll down to SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTIONS at the bottom of the page and click EDIT

  6. Edit your child's information.
