Pandemic Team Update

Thank you to everyone for your cooperation in moving into distance learning for the past three days (while still being able to keep Little Friends open) given the number of faculty and staff who needed to quarantine because of their connection to a classroom. Please be aware that the CDC's COVID-19 community level map now indicates that Allegheny County COVID-19 level is high. Per our policy, masks are now required for all students, employees, and visitors indoors. Please be sure to send your child to school with a well-fitting mask on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.

Testing Reminder Due to the number of cases in Allegheny County, many more people are taking antigen tests at home. If you need to test, please do so as early as you can (by early evening). This gives the contact tracer, David Konefal-Shaer (health@waldorfpittsburgh.org), and Leadership Team the time they need to work through each positive case. We are trying to avoid sending late night emails, if possible. Thank you!
