Happy Holidays from Waldorf School of Pittsburgh

“Nothing can dim the light which shines from within.” — Maya Angelou

This year has truly been unlike any other, but one of the things that remains the same is our ability to hold each other as a community.

Please follow the link to receive this year’s very special, interactive holiday card. Inspired by our continued efforts to stay whole as we move through a time of learning at home and on campus, it is a reminder to share our light with others.

The card, designed and created by our Grades Art Teacher, M Howison, features a printable pattern and directions to make your own thaumatrope.

A thaumatrope is an optical toy that creates an image made from two separate drawings that fully displays when spun. The full directions are included on the card.

All of our warmest wishes this holiday season and a happy, healthy start to 2021.
