Alma Partners Meeting Update

Thank you to the fourteen BIPOC families and families with BIPOC children that participated in a meeting with our consultants, Randolph Carter and Vicki Larson of Alma Partners, a multiracial consulting group with decades of experience in antiracist, equity/diversity/inclusion (EDI) work and in Waldorf schools. The goal of the meeting was to hear directly from families their needs, concerns, and questions about EDI and anti-racist initiatives at our school. These meetings will help form recommendations and next steps for WSP and we want as many families as possible to be able to participate.

If you missed the meeting this week your voice can still be heard. We have worked with Alma Partners to return for another session! We will be offering the same session for new-to-Alma Partners to hear from you. This one-hour session with Alma Partners for those that did not attend the last one will be Saturday, May 8 at 12pm. Your voice and experience is wanted and valuable.

Please let us know if you can attend via RSVP here. Adults only, please. If you attended this week, thank you again and stay tuned for a follow-up after mid-May.
