About the Event
The WSP Parent Association welcomes you to join us for our bi-weekly meditation and chat.
We invite you to join us on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the each month for a mindfulness meditation and casual chat. We will begin at 8:15pm, with a 15–20 minute meditation followed by an open discussion.
Our first Meditation, on Thursday November 17th, will be guided by Mark Staley (PA Co-chair). This first meditation will be for everyone, but with an eye to those new to the practice. So, if you’ve never tried meditation, this is a wonderful opportunity. It’s just one beautiful way we can all be with each other in a meaningful yet simple way. We hope you’ll join us!
