Beautification Weekend, 2021–22
August will be spent preparing for the new school year including inviting all of our community to join us for Beautification Weekend August 27–28.

About the Event
Beautification Weekend is approaching and we would LOVE to have your help on campus this year.
Use this link for SignUpGenius to schedule 2 hour time slots on Friday, August 27 from 1:00pm –5:00pm and Saturday, August 28 from 8:00am–4:00pm.
Families may sign-up for multiple slots, if they wish or you have more than 4 people in your family unit. We will be unable to allow any walk-ins this year and all parties must be signed up via SignUpGenius.
Because caring for children is at the center of everything we do, we ask that all adult volunteers participating in Beautification Weekend be fully vaccinated.
Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination at the temperature check station by the courtyard cobb oven (Coral Street back entrance).
Masks are required for all those volunteering. If your child is unable to mask safely for Beautification (children under 2 years old), we ask you keep them at home during Beautification Weekend.
Note, all children must be supervised at all times and able to actively work. Please refrain from using the play yard for free play.
