About the Event
Jill will give a brief history of the winter spiral and practical and pedagogical ideas on how to create a spiral experience in your home. Denise is a parent and holistic psychologist, and offers a perspective on how the winter spiral is the soul’s image of the needs of this season and moment in time. She will speak about how the spiral helps us to align our own natural needs and rhythms of our soul in this time of darkness. Please bring a candle.
